Here's How It Works!
Scroll on down to see which size bags ( small/ large) you will need for your laundry. Give us a call to schedule you FREE pickup, letting us know your preference by answering a few questions.
Bag your items, using your own 13 or 30 gallon size bags (trash bags work perfect) . (Note: if any items need hanging, simply bag them separately with a note & hangers) No need to sort, leave that part to us! All we ask is that you empty your pockets. We provide all soap, fabric softener & bleach (let us know your preference). No laundry baskets will be taken, items will be transferred to a bag, and basket will be left behind. Please make sure everything is machine washable.
Place your items out to be retrieved at the agreed time, and your freshly washed, dried & folded laundry will be returned to you the following day. All laundry is done at a facility not inside a private residence.
A stain is a stain, we will try our best to treat them, there is no guarantee that we will beat them. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the machines due to the customer not ensuring ALL items are machine washable.

We use Clorox bleach/ OxiClean. Please let us know if your preference is to not use bleach/ fabric softener when scheduling your pickup. (note: if you would like to use your own soap etc.. simply provide it with your laundry, and it will be returned with your items.)

**Truck Drivers Only**
You guy's are part of the reason the earth spin's! We know first hand just how unpredictable the trucking industry can be. To show our appreciation, we offer SAME DAY drop-off service as your pickup (no additional charge). And for your convenience, FREE delivery outside of your pickup location, within our service areas (businesses only). All drop-off's are done by 8 pm.
NOTE: Laundry loads include: Any items that are machine washable (Including: All size sheets, pillow cases, tablecloths, baby/ toddler sheets & blankets, no rubber bottom rugs and more..). Sorry, we do not offer dry cleaning/ ironing service at this time.
**Airbnb Cleaning**
We offer Airbnb cleaning, "simple simple" is what we stand behind! You let us know the location and we'll do the rest. Starting from the top, we work our way to the bottom, leaving nothing untouched, vacuumed, mopped, emptied, sprayed, wiped or dusted. Laundry is our thing, so that's included! Keeping a eye out for damaged/ missing items.
Deposit - $30 (to secure appointment )
Hourly Rates (Mon- Fri) - $35
Hourly Rates (Sat- Sun) - $50
(Hours vary depending on the size of the property, deposit is applied to final balances. Pricing includes move in/ out cleanings also)
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations MUST be made 3 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. If cancellations are not made within the allowed time period, then your deposit will be forfeited. Refunds will be refunded back 24 - 48 hours after confirmed cancellations (If refund is not deposited back into your account, please check with your banking institution, refund/deposit schedules vary).
NOTE: Cancellations cannot be made if cleaners are already inside of the property. If so, then this will result in a automatic forfeiture of your deposit, plus the amount for any work done lasting 1 hour or more.
**Laundry is included in the price ONLY if there is a washer & dryer inside the unit. If your cleaner has to go, to a outside facility to wash your items, then a $35 fee will be applied to your final balance. The hourly rate for that day will still be in place while your cleaner is off the property doing your laundry. You can also opt-out of getting your items cleaned to avoid additional fees. Cleaners will not go into a non-private basements to wash your items.

LAUNDRY CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings MUST be canceled 30 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation cannot be made AFTER your items have been retrieved. We will cancel your booking, if your items are not out at the agreed time for your scheduled pickup. 1 attempt will be made to reach you, If we are unsuccessful, you will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee, and your booking will be canceled. Please make sure someone is available to retrieve your items upon drop-off, we will not hold your laundry for you. All laundry will be left at the location it was retrieved from. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to your laundry being left unattended at your drop-off location. Your refund will be issued within 24 - 48 hours after cancellation has been made (although some refunds are returned sooner, if later than the 48 hours, contact your banking institution, some refund/processing times may differ).
NOTE: If your location is changed from the original location in which your items where originally retrieved from, Then it is at your drivers discretion whether they want to deliver to the new location or not! So please be specific that your items will be dropped off at the same location that they where retrieved. Our drivers safety is at the very top of the list! We will not service areas that we feel are unsafe.
